1. Generally
The offering on this Site levels only in normal case to ultimate consumers who have their address within the Europe and Switzerland. To get an exemption it needs a separate agreement.
2. Delivery times
Your order will be immediately or not later than the following business day - after your order date - arranged. The delivery will normally take place within 2-3 days (incure an undertaking under reserve).
3. Shipping and handling
3.1 Independ from your order you pay annyway an flat rate of 5,00 € in the FRG, 10,00 € in the foreign europe (only EU) and 20,00 € all european countries. Worldwide shipping in able too, please contact us in these Case.
3.2 We'll charge you additional 5,00 Euro if you buy on charges to collect.
3.3 Bulky goods and parcels over 30 Kg will be charged with the actually shipping/handling costs. In this case we'll inform you by eMail or phone before.
3.4 If there are deliveries overseas there are going to be increased costs. But we don't charge any costs of shipping/handling if the order amounts are more than 2000,00 Euro.
Please keep in mind: if the order must be shipped to overseas there is a possibility of customs charges you would have to pay.
4. Delay
We'll inform you by eMail or phone if there would be a delay action.
5. Additional delivery
In the case we can't deliver a piece of your order right away (so we have to deliver it in addition) - don't worry, we'll deliver this missing piece to you then without charging any shipping/handling costs.
6. Accept under reserve
In the case we can't do the promised service delivery (of not availability) - we retain ourselves to deliver equal products or services in quality and price. |
